Welcome to the on-line home of O&K Sports & O&K  Sports, Inc.  We pray that this site will provide you with an insight into our company, our philosophy and the services we offer.  Also, into the work we do to help strengthen our community through providing opportunities for young people.

We specialize in helping individuals of all backgrounds and ages achieve life-long fitness—body, mind and spirit.  For athletes—we specialize in helping our clients compete and to be successful at the highest levels of competition, not only on the field/court, but also in the game of life.

We offer personal training, sports medicine and sports rehab services for clients who are just beginning a fitness regimen, those wishing to maintain or enhance their current fitness levels, and athletes of all levels—junior high, high school, college and professional.  Our non-profit foundation (O&K Sports, Inc.) hosts our annual football camps and other community outreach projects designed to meet the needs of our youth.
