Mission

O&K Sports is designed to help individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and physical fitness levels reach their optimal fitness potential and goals and to teach elite athletic skills to student-athletes. In addition, we desire to provide young people with moral instruction in attaining and applying divine wisdom and discipline for prudent daily living off-the-field and success in the classroom.  O&K Sports seeks to produce first-class, highly-skilled, second-to-none athletes that are committed to clean living, to healthy relationships, and to making right decisions. 

Implementation

Athletes

To accomplish this mission, we embrace the mastery of the basic fundamentals of fitness and of each sport and then a quick progression based on skill, grade level and experience to the more complex nuances of that sport employing Division I collegiate strength & conditioning exercises and techniques. 

Personal Training Clients

There will be no cookie cutter programs; all fitness programs are tailored to the individual’s fitness level, skills, and goals.  We are certified to train clients of all ages and fitness levels.
