After completing these forms, either print and mail them, along with the appropriate payment, to the address below.  Or click "submit" to be directed to the secured on-line checkout.  An on-line processing fee of $5 will be added to all credit card payments.

 

In addition, to complete registration Baylor University requires completion of two forms.  For on-line registrations, after your payment has gone through you will be directed to the information.  So, feel free to click "submit" when you are ready.  For campers registering via mail or in-person, please carefully read the following information.

 

To complete your registration, please download, print and complete in blue or black ink the forms below.  The original signed forms are required by Baylor University.  The University does not accept facsimile copies nor electronic submissions of the forms.  Failure to complete these forms, will result in a forfeiture of the camper's spot.  You may either complete the forms and mail them to us or complete them and bring them with you to camp check-in. 

 

***Should you forget the forms or if we have not received them prior to your arrival at camp, you will be required to complete them at check-in, in order to participate.  This means that for participants under age 18 who have not already sent the forms or who have not come with the forms already completed, a parent must be present to sign the forms.***  In other words, it is easier to complete the forms ahead of time for two reasons 1) makes registration quicker for the camper and 2) a parent/legal guardian does not have to be present at check-in.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to call us!

A $ 100 nonrefundable deposit is included in total camp fee.

 

Meals and Housing

Overnight campers will reside on the Baylor campus in Penland Hall, 1110 South 5th Street, Waco, TX, 76798.  Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style at Penland.  Dinner will be catered and served at Floyd Casey Stadium each night.  Commuters are served lunch and dinner.  Roommates will be randomly assigned prior to check-in, unless you have made special arrangements with our staff.  Baylor University charges a $25 key replacement fee and additional charges for various damages.  Any charges incurred by the camp on behalf of a camper will be passed along to the appropriate camper and payment will be due upon check-out.  The NCAA MANUAL - 13.13.1.5.1 GENERAL RULE will apply in this case. 

 

 

Air or Bus Travel

Campers traveling to Waco by air or bus should plan to arrive by noon on the first day of camp and depart after 2:00 p.m. on the last day of camp.  Transportation to and from the Waco airport or bus station will be provided by camp staff upon advanced request and will require a parent/legal guardian signed waiver/release form.  Please send a copy of the travel itinerary at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp.
