Personal Training Information and Philosophy
Our certified and experienced personal training and sports medicine staff will put you through a comprehensive health and fitness assessment, strength and endurance testing, and body composition analysis during the consultation session. Then, design a tailored program that will accommodate your fitness levels and achieve your goals. Programs designed for clients who are athletes will be sport-specific.
Your custom fitness program will incorporate scientific exercise progression and specific target-area training that will be challenging, efficient and fun. Workouts are diverse, incorporating innovative techniques to help you achieve your best fitness results in the quickest amount of time.
If you’re interested, we also provide a service that will give you advice about healthy eating habits/plans and grocery shopping lists based on your caloric intake requirements and goals to help you lose weight, increase muscle, and gain control of your nutrition.
At O&K Sports we believe that everyone—regardless of age, past health issues, and/or athletic abilities can and should be in good physical condition and that optimal results occur when individuals are grounded spiritually, mentally, and physically. We stress that simply exercising without the combination of a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition will not produce optimal results—nor manifest your excellence. Results do not happen over night—anyone who says differently is being deceptive--but rather with consistency and commitment to your overall health. Only then will you accomplish your fitness goals and achieve results that are authentic, long lasting and maintainable.
