Included in the camp tuition is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This means that of the $200 overnight camp fee, $100 is a non-refundable deposit.
The $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT guarantees your availability to attend this football camp. Based upon your guarantee, we contract with and secure accommodations for professional coaches to maintain our better than 10:1 camper-to-coach ratio. The administrative costs associated with operating a camp is impacted each time a camper registers… and then cancels. We are able to make camp tuition affordable by offsetting administrative costs of cancellations in this way. Sorry, there are NO EXCEPTIONS, not even for medical reasons. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we’re notified of a cancellation to receive your refund.
All cancellations must be made no later than 5:00 p.m. June 20th 2010. After such time, the entire camp fee will be forfeited.
